What qualifies as insufficient material?

I plan to add a board viewer in the forum, but first I'm working on the game rules. I'm trying to figure out what qualifies as draw by insufficient material.

A king on F11 can be completely trapped by an opposing king on F9. So I think as long as the opponent has anything other than a bishop of that color, they can still deliver checkmate 🤔

Actually, thinking a bit more. Even if you don't have the correct color bishop, you could force your opponent over to a different corner to deliver checkmate.

I _think_ the only qualifying situation is King + middle color bishop. If anyone can think of a different situation please let me know! Feel free to play around here while I work on an analysis page 🙂
